From enquiry to BOQ delivery, our process is designed to be transparent and predictable. We confirm scope and fixed-fee pricing upfront, complete detailed takeoffs with traceable markups, and apply a QA review, so you receive quantities you can trust.
Step 01: Submit Enquiry
Start by sharing your project basics so we can scope the work accurately. At this stage you don’t need to upload drawings yet—just tell us the project type, location, trade packages required, and your deadline so we can plan turnaround.
Step 02: Scope & Proposal
Within 24 hours, we’ll confirm the scope and send a fixed-fee proposal before work begins. Once approved, you can upload drawings and documents via email or a secure file-sharing link so we can start the takeoff.
Step 03: Measure & Prepare BOQ
Our estimators complete the takeoff using modern tools and a structured measurement approach. We organise quantities trade-by-trade and align them with your package requirements so pricing is fast and consistent.
Step 04: BOQ Delivered & Support
You receive a complete BOQ with clear assumptions and measurement basis. We deliver in a pricing-ready format and remain available for quick clarifications or minor tender adjustments.
