Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
Yes. Send us your project details (project type, trade package(s), and deadline) and we’ll provide a fixed-fee proposal before any work begins. Once you approve, you can upload drawings via email or a file-sharing link.
What information do you need to start an estimate?
A PDF set of drawings is usually enough to begin. If available, also share specifications, scope notes, inclusions/exclusions, addenda, and any tender templates. If you have preferred rates/suppliers, we can format the BOQ so you can plug pricing in easily.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on project size and complexity, but our standard lead time is typically 8–9 business days once we receive complete project information. If you have a tender deadline, tell us upfront and we’ll confirm the fastest feasible delivery window.
What deliverables will I receive?
You’ll receive a detailed Bill of Quantities / material takeoff, marked-up drawings for traceability, and pricing-ready spreadsheets (Excel/CSV) where applicable. We also state assumptions, exclusions, and measurement basis clearly.
Which services/trades do you cover?

    Do you provide revisions if drawings change?
    Yes. Minor revisions and bid-form support can be handled quickly once changes are confirmed. If there are major drawing updates or additional scope, we’ll advise any fee/time impact before proceeding.
    Can you work with our BOQ template or tender format?
    Absolutely. If you have a preferred template (Excel/BOQ format), send it with your enquiry. We’ll align deliverables to your structure so pricing and internal approvals are faster.
    Do you provide pricing rates or only quantities?
    We primarily provide quantities (takeoffs/BOQs). If you want us to apply rates, we can either use your nominated rates or discuss a pricing approach depending on the project and trade package.
    How do you ensure accuracy?
    We use a structured workflow: scope confirmation → takeoff → internal QA review for completeness and consistency → final delivery with traceable markups. This reduces omissions and helps avoid costly variations.
    Do you keep my drawings and project information confidential?
    Yes. We treat all drawings and project information as confidential and use them only to deliver your estimate. We do not request credit card details on the website.
