342–348 Victoria Street in Brunswick (VIC 3056) is a large-scale apartment development planned to deliver 268 residences across four storeys, offering a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. The project is located within the City of Merri-bek, and Townly lists the project status as construction commenced, with an estimated completion in early 2028.

Designed by Fieldwork and DRC Architecture with landscaping by MALA Studio, the project is presented as a mixed-use urban precinct intended to integrate with Brunswick’s established character. Townly notes the development includes a combination of apartments alongside townhouses, home offices and commercial spaces, aiming to create an active ground plane and a broader “urban experience” rather than residential-only outcomes.

Connectivity and sustainability are positioned as key strengths. The listing highlights proximity to Brunswick Train Station and the Upfield Bike Path, and it includes plans for a rooftop garden plus significant end-of-trip facilities, including 518 bicycle spaces and 91 basement car parks.
