525 Church Street is a proposed premium commercial office development in Richmond for Elite Property Group, currently at the town planning stage. The project is planned to deliver approximately 12,000 sqm of net lettable area, positioned on a site with frontages to both Church Street and Kingston Street—an opportunity to bridge Richmond’s finer-grain, culturally rich streetscape with the newer commercial character emerging along future Church Street.

The design is described as a sophisticated and contextual 11-storey commercial building, aiming for a strong ground-plane presence with integrated, active street frontages that extend the public realm.
