The estimated lead time for the provision of our estimates is typically 8-9 working days from the time we receive all necessary project information.

Our pricing is determined using our proprietary database, which is built upon our extensive experience and insights from previous projects. Additionally, we consult with local vendors to ensure up-to-date pricing accuracy. However, if you have confidence in specific item pricing, you may provide your own pricing information. Our Excel sheets are designed to facilitate this process, minimizing your effort

All estimated trades will be explicitly listed in the detailed estimate. Any trade or item not included should be considered an exclusion from the estimate.

We prioritize the privacy and security of our clients. We never request sensitive information such as credit card details. Any drawings or project-related information shared with us will be securely stored for one week after project delivery, after which it will be deleted from our servers.

The completion of bid forms, revisions, and changes to project drawings, as well as the provision of project-related information forms, is offered to our clients free of charge.
