To ensure up-to-date pricing accuracy, we also consult with local vendors. If you have confidence in specific item pricing, you may provide your own pricing information. Additionally, our Excel sheets are designed to facilitate this process and minimize your effort, while also helping you estimate lead time. All estimated trades will be explicitly listed in the detailed estimate, which also outlines the pricing structure. Any trade or item not included should be considered an exclusion from the estimate, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Additionally, please be aware of the estimate lead time for any changes or additions.

Any drawings or project-related information shared with us will be securely stored for one week after project delivery, after which it will be deleted from our servers, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
